Renacer uses the information you submit to verify your email, process your PDF with AI, and send the result to you. Contact us at [email protected] about this demo or your information.

What we collect

We collect your email address and the PDF you choose to upload. We also use a temporary verification token and limited technical information to protect the demo from misuse.

How the document is handled

The PDF is sent to an AI processing provider to identify the document and extract useful details. Renacer does not save a copy of the PDF in its site database. The original PDF and an AI-generated summary are emailed to your verified address. Renacer receives a private copy for follow-up and quality review. AI can make mistakes, so please check the result against the original.

How long we keep information

Verification links expire after 15 minutes and upload sessions after 30 minutes. Expired records are removed by a daily cleanup. Technical rate-limit records are removed after two days. If you choose to hear from Renacer about automating your process, your email and the document category may be held for up to 90 days. If you do not choose this, we do not add you to a follow-up list.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides security services. PurelyMail sends the verification and result emails and hosts the Renacer mailboxes, which will hold messages and any attached PDFs until they are deleted under our mailbox practices. An external AI provider processes the PDF for the extraction. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Please do not upload confidential or sensitive personal information to this public demo.
